Terms of Service

Effective June 1, 2026. By using Hush ("the App") you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use Hush

Hush is intended for adults 18 years or older tracking the care of their own children. You're responsible for keeping your device and recovery phrase secure.

2. Not medical advice

Hush is an organizational tool, not a medical device or a source of medical advice. Features such as the Drift nap predictor, sick-mode summaries and milestone detection are informational estimates based on the data you log and general research — they are not diagnoses or clinical recommendations. Never rely on Hush for medical decisions. For any health concern about your child, contact a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

3. Your data & encryption

Hush is end-to-end encrypted. Because only you hold the keys, we cannot recover your data if you lose every device and your 24-word recovery phrase. You are solely responsible for safeguarding that phrase. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Premium features are sold as subscriptions or a one-time purchase through Google Play Billing. Prices, renewals, free trials and refunds are governed by Google Play's terms; manage or cancel from your Google Play account. The free tier shows ads (removed by Premium).

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Hush unlawfully, attempt to break its security or encryption, reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, resell it, or use it to harm others. You're responsible for the content you log.

6. Availability & "as is"

The App and its sync service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data resulting from a lost recovery phrase or device.

7. Termination

You can stop using Hush and delete your account at any time (Settings → Privacy → "Delete account & all data", or the web page). We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
