Delete your account & data
Hush is end-to-end encrypted — your baby's data is stored as ciphertext we cannot read. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.
From the app (fastest)
Open Hush → Settings → Privacy → "Delete account & all data". After you confirm, this erases everything on the device and on our servers.
By email
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@hush.app from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion.
What gets deleted
- All encrypted entries (feeds, naps, diapers, meds, symptoms, growth, notes, photos, voice memos)
- Your wrapped family keys and recovery blob
- Device registrations and push tokens
- Usage / analytics records tied to your account
